Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Ankle Support I have been slowly recovering from dual ankle injuries and have been struggling to find a pair of shoes that provide enough comfort and support to wear for the full day or for long walks or workouts that don't leave my ankles aggravated. I finally found them and I could not be happier! I did a lot of research to find these shoes, and the heel cups, ground contact surface, and support straps all play a huge role in completely eliminating my pain, irritation, and swelling. I agree with some reviews that say they have slightly uncomfortable arches, so beware of that, but I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who needs more ankle support!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from holds my entire foot i don't run and i don't do hiit training - i use this shoe to walk. I walk trails, small hills, and concrete. I have an old ankle injury so it is amazing at holding my foot without having to sacrifice comfort. However, it is a bit heavy. I need a new pair and want to know if this is still the best bet, since UA has running and training as categories but there is no category for "walking" it is hard to choose...

Finally found a great pair of shoes that I can workout in without carrying two pairs. I also have flat feet and they work well.
