Rated 5 out of 5 by Ivan Poniman from Better than before Before the 5th series, i always use metcon as my daily trainer. i do a lot of lesmills class. i really hate the previous series, but this one is different. i love how they build this hybrid trainer that good for both powerlifting and plyometric. minimalis design also never make my eyes bored.

I do a bit of bodyweight resistance training and cardio and wanted a shoe that could cover both and these shoes delivery big time! These shoes make doing squats a bit more easier as the stability is amazing! These shoes are very comfortable and very sturdy. I'm very happy with this purchase! Seems I need to wear a half size up, I normally wear an 11.5 but had to get 12's in these.

I've enjoyed the sock-like fit around the ankles in the past, but the new support the 5 has is considerably better. Conventional weight lifting, functioning movement training, sprinting...these shoes are well balanced all around. I couldn't help but laugh at the negative reviews concerning the color of the white/halo gray. The way the are advertised online is exactly as they are when they arrived to my home. Keep it coming UA!

Its breathable so thats good because i sweat alot especially on the feet. Will definitely recommend this to anybody thats training for anything. Good for gym use as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great Training Shoes! Looking at the reviews, it seem that people miss the concept of what a trainer shoe is for. It is meant to keep your foot stable and comfortable all while still having mobility. This shoe does all of that. I use this for my everyday strength training and HIIT and love it. While the shoe is comfortable, the back 50% where the heel is solid, best for keeping your heel stable for squats & deadlift. The front 50% is flexible and agile for HIIT, burpees, and quick movement. All that is connected with the Tribase technology bringing the shoe together for an overall best trainer shoe for the gym.
