Amazing support and stability. Not too much cushion, and not too little. Beautiful blend of a shoe. Do miss though the knit, but like that they at least did a heavy mesh on upper for durability
Very comfortable. I'm flat footed and I find it very comfortable for running and working out.
This product fits as expected, it has been a while since i bought proper training shoes. This one was a good decision.
I tried on a pair of these today and probably would have bought them if they had the black version in my size. The blue model has three different shades of blue ranging from a purple (ish) to an aquamarine (ish) tint (I checked several pairs and they were the same) and when you add the black and white trim pieces it just doesn't appeal as much as the black version which is a great looking shoe, YMMV.
They do run about 1/2 to 1 size small (I'm on the small side of an 11 and I was able to fit in an 11 in these but just barely) and they are a little narrow but I usually wear Brooks running shoes so take that for what it's worth. The have decent support/stability and will probably make a decent court and leg day shoe. They are a little more effective controlling outward roll (supination) than inner roll (pronation).
Being that this my first pair of any shoe from the project Rock collection I don’t really have a comparison to other shoes. I do feel they are a little snug especially on top of my feet just where the laces tie. I’m hoping they wear in a become a little bit more comfortable. I’m gonna be doing a lot of walking in them. So far I give them a 4. They are sweet lookin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Project Rock and have 2 previous generation shoes but these run smaller than the predecessors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PR4 shoe is the best of the line in my opinion. This one allows for distance running (as opposed to sprints only) and even padded the heel area for extra comfort. The straps do keep your feet grounded as I noticed when I was performed a heavy deadlift. The only issue I feel needs to be mentioned is they are a little bit tight when you first start wearing them. However, they loosen after a few wears.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes are amazing definitely a must. Just wish the rock/under armour would make small children size
I just got these a couple of days ago, I've had several pairs of the PR2 shoes, as well as the PR3 (which I really didn't like as much as the 2s and never really wore), so I was initially reluctant to try these, but I'm glad I did. The comfort of the PR2s is there along with a bit more achilles heel cushion and stability for leg days. I recommend these.
I run a size 12 in sneakers 11 1/2 in dress shoe. I thought getting the 12 would be enough. Nope. 2 minutes to get on my feet! The opening is so small it felt like I had to cram my foot into a 9 1/2 before it wegged on. I'd order at least a half size up if I were you. Very tight
