BAND SIZE: Standing straight up with an unpadded bra on, measure closely around the chest just under your arms, right above the bust. If your result is a fraction, round to the nearest whole number. (ex. 33.7” rounded to the nearest whole number, your band measurement is 34”)
BUST SIZE: While wearing an unpadded bra, loosely measure around the fullest part of your bust. Round to the nearest whole number. (ex. 34.5” rounded up to the nearest whole number, your bust size is 35”)
CUP SIZE: While wearing a non-padded bra, keep the tape parallel and measure at the fullest part of your bust. Round this measurement UP the nearest WHOLE number. Subtract BAND size from BUST size to find your CUP size. EX. 36” - 34” = 2” = B = 34B

A seam on the back of this bra caused abrasions and sores on my back.
I finally found a sports bra that keeps everything in place! I am usually at 34DDD, and the 36DD works just fine. It is hard to get on and off the first few times, and also when you're really sweaty....however, the functionality of it makes it worth it. This sports bra keeps the girls supported and separated. I use it for hiking, yoga, pilates, and gym stuff. Not sure how it would hold up for really active sports, but if you're searching for something for a larger bust then this is worth trying.
The bra runs slightly small bu overall it has great coverage and support. It's not a bra I would want to wear all day but it's great for high impact support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I have been looking for a sports bra equivalent to the Champion bra I wore for years that they discontinued. I've spent hundreds of $'s. This bra is difficult to get on and off (I'm a 36 DD) but is worth the support. Plus, if you look at the bright side you get a warm up and cool down for your effort. LOL
