The only thing I care about is you and me, building the belief that regardless of whatever the odds, we can overcome and achieve—but it all starts with the work we’re willing to put in with our two hands." — Dwayne Johnson

Rock Compression Shorts

Unique design. They make you want to move, walk, run or ride,

Runs a bit tight

I’ve bought a lot of the project rock collection but the compression shorts and tank do feel like they run smaller than the rest of the stuff in the collection. If between sizes I would go up for a better fit

Leg day ready

These things are awesome! The X design thing definitely boosts your performance when doing squats and deadlifts. They provide great support and are definitely designed for some hard leg day training.

Extremely functional

Fits a little snug, but go true to size for maximum function. Not the most comfortable In certain areas due to the thickness of the ‘x band’, but these are great for explosive leg movements like sprints, squats or deadlifts
